Unless explicitly permitted by the Service Terms, you will only create one account per email address.ġ.3 Third-Party Content. To access the Services, you must have an “Materials Square” account associated with a valid email address and a valid form of payment. You will comply with the terms of this Agreement and all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the Service Offerings.ġ.2 Your Account. Service Terms apply to certain Service Offerings. You may access and use the Service Offerings in accordance with this Agreement.
If you are entering into this Agreement for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity.ġ.1 Generally. You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor). This Agreement takes effect when you click an “Sign In” button or, if earlier, when you use any of the Service Offerings (the “Effective Date”). ( “Virtual Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent ( “you” or "your"). This Materials Square Customer Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the “Materials Square” Service Offerings (as defined below) and is an agreement between Virtual Lab, Inc.
